Kimberly is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 35 years of experience. Born and raised in Burnaby, BC. She began her career in TV commercial production before transitioning

into finance, starting as a teller at HSBC.

Her passion for home ownership led her to First National, where she earned her mortgage broker license and embraced various roles within the mortgage industry.

In 2020, Kimberly joined Thrive Mortgage as Senior Loan Specialist. In this role, she expertly reviews borrower credit, income, assets, liabilities, and collateral, leveraging her deep

expertise to manage risk and ensure sound lending decisions.
